Let's Get Healthy California aims to make California the healthiest state by advancing the Triple Aim of better health, better care, and lower cost. Let's Get Healthy California promotes health equity, leverages data and catalyzes innovation, and works together to make a collective impact on the overall health of the state.
The Let’s Get Healthy California Task Force was started in 2012 with the purpose of developing a ten year plan to make California the healthiest state in the nation. The Task Force was composed of California leaders in health and healthcare from the public and private sectors, who came together to develop the six goal areas and identified key indicators to measure our progress towards this goal becoming the healthiest state in the nation.
