FISCAL_YEAR text Fiscal Year

Fiscal Year being reported. For example: 2017 = Fiscal Year 2016/2017.
SVC_DESC text Specialty Mental Health Services Type

UNIT_TYPE text Unit Type

Denomination of AMOUNT column (e.g. average dollars per beneficiary, number of beneficiaries).
AMOUNT text Amount

Number/count of what’s displayed in UNIT_TYPE column.
AMOUNT_ANNOT text Amount Annotation Code

Data in this column will be populated if the corresponding column (AMOUNT) is suppressed for values less than 11 (1) or suppressed as a complementary value to avoid backwards calculation (2).
