FISCAL_YEAR text Fiscal Year

Fiscal Year being reported. For example: 2017 = Fiscal Year 2016/2017.
ARRIVALS_CT numeric Arrivals Group Count

Count of adults that did not receive any SMHS within 3 months of their first date of service in the Fiscal Year.
ARRIVALS_CT_ANNOT text Arrivals Group Count Annotation Code

Data in this column will be populated if the corresponding column (ARRIVALS_CT) is suppressed for values less than 11 (1) or suppressed as a complementary value to avoid backwards calculation (2).
SVC_CONT_2YR_CT numeric Service Continuance (Greater than or equal to 2 Years) Group Count

Count of adults receiving continuous services with no breaks in service greater than 90 days for a period of at least 2 years (>= 2 YR).
SVC_CONT_2YR_CT_ANNOT text Service Continuance (Greater than or equal to 2 Years) Group Count Annotation Code

Data in this column will be populated if the corresponding column (SVC_CONT_2YR_CT) is suppressed for values less than 11 (1) or suppressed as a complementary value to avoid backwards calculation (2).
SVC_CONT_CT numeric Service Continuance (Less than 2 Years) Group Count

Count of adults receiving continuous services with no breaks in service greater than 90 days for a period of 1 to 2 years (< 2 YR).
SVC_CONT_CT_ANNOT text Service Continuance (Less than 2 Years) Group Count Annotation Code

Data in this column will be populated if the corresponding column (SVC_CONT_CT) is suppressed for values less than 11 (1) or suppressed as a complementary value to avoid backwards calculation (2).
EXITING_CT numeric Exiting Group Count

Count of adults that did not receive any SMHS within 3 months after their last date of service in the Fiscal Year.
EXITING_CT_ANNOT text Exiting Group Count Annotation Code

Data in this column will be populated if the corresponding column (EXITING_CT) is suppressed for values less than 11 (1) or suppressed as a complementary value to avoid backwards calculation (2).

Count of adults that met the criteria for both Arrivals and Exiting.

Count of adults that met the criteria for both Service Continuance (>= 2 YR) and Exiting.
